A facebook friend mentioned she was looking for the perfect grey lipstick and I had some free time so I delved into the world of blog swatches to find one. I came across one called "Gravely" that looked just right so I went browsing the creators website - Morgana Cryptoria and holy crap am I glad I did. (I managed to catch them on a sale too woohoo) She a very nice range of lippies and I couldn't wait to try them out.

I got 4 to test run, two glosses and two gel lipsticks - both styles are very moisturizing, very pigmented with loads of dimension, and just wonderful.

Anastasia - lip gloss

First up is Anastasia. She is a mid toned berry based reddy-mauve with a twinge of plumy brown and a nice touch of shimmery sparkle.

Fire Sparks - lip gloss

Next up is Fire Sparks (easilly my fav out of the bunch). A medium pink based red with lots of shimmer sparkle and a deepness to it when the light hits it just right.

Nevermore - gel lipstick

Nevermore is a lovely plum brown with red shimmers and loads of shine. It is quite dark in person and I like layering it with Fire Sparks.

Persephone - gel lipstick

This one was hard to capture without a flash mark. The color is closer to the top of the swatch picture in person. Lovely pink toned nude with awesome shimmer and goodness. While I love this one swatched on me, it looks very very pale on my lips so again I like layering it with something.

The gel lipsticks are so nice and think you can apply it right from the tube for drenched color or with a brush for a more buildable look. The glosses aren't gloopy or sticky at all which is amazing. Everything from Morgana is amazing (from what I hear) and is totally worth the long TAT. It took about 5-6 weeks from order date to receive my package up here but she clearly states the current TAT on the front page of the site. So be forewarned - you will wait a bit longer but it is definitely worth the extra time. So order more at once :). She closes the shop every now and then to catch up on orders, during which time she actually takes the shop offline which is good cause then she deosn't get even more back logged. So if you go there and see that instead of a nice shop don't dismay, follow the link to her facebook and oggle the goodies there until she re-opens.
